Parenting

If you have been reading my blog for a while you would be no stranger to the fact that I am not really a child/baby person i.e. I don’t like babies as much as an average person does. Its not that I don't find them cute and adorable but I am not as fascinated to have a profile photo of baby to represent me .Moreover its that I don't like the other things that go with babies and parenting e.g. the crying of babies just ticks me off so much I wanna rip that baby’s head off, or when they are trying to act all Indiana Jones opening out every drawer in search of the ‘treasure’ and wrecking havoc along the way.well I guess I should keep the sadistic details to minimum.mother-earth-itisgoingtobeokaydrawing

So bearing a baby would be the last thing on my mind naturally.People ask me you were a baby once ,you must have done some really annoying stuff too how could you be so bitter towards babies now?.Well I have said it before and I say it again, my parents would testify to that fact that I really wasn’t a naughty child ,I was composed even when playing ,at public gatherings or visits I was the trophy child that others could see and ooh aaah on.Kudos to good parenting!

Psychologists and Philosophers believed that every aspect of our lives, is the direct result of our relationship to our parents in some sick twisted way and that  every relationship that we have is really just another version of that first relationship. You must have read the Greek stories of Electra and Oedipus which Sigmund Freud later developed into Electra  complex and Oedipus complex .In Oedipus’s story prophecy predicts that Oedipus will kill his father Laius, the King of Thebes (unwittingly) and marry his mother (also unwittingly). And he does, while also having two children from the incestuous relationship. In Electra’s case the daughter kills her mother Clytemnestra when she discovers her mother’s involvement in her father’s murder. When I brought this up with some of  my‘intellectually less endowed’ friends, first they laughed their behinds off then they told me that all of these geniuses were sick/twisted and disturbed.Which disturbed me even more

633698028667494510-PARENTING Which brings us to my parents,I must say they have been the best one could ever have ,at times being the most indulging, protecting and doting parents one could imagine.I know everyone says that but you gotta meet mine you would be awestruck. If I start mentioning the kind of sacrifices they have made for me,it would be an insult to their laborious toiling and it would be more sobby than the story of Bollywood film ‘Mother India’.In a nut shell they are one of those goody-good naive vanilla-strawberry sweet people that you see in movies, you just look at them and the word that comes out of your mouth is ‘Damn’.On a totally unrelated note my life really is like those old Bollywood films like ‘Hum Apkey Hain Kon’ and ‘Hum Saath Saath Hain’ Sick but true.

I don’t know how in the heaven my parents have managed to raise  a decent human being like me,its seems like a really draining and tiresome task that never seems to end.If you disagree try to get a pet, even a fish in aquarium would drive you nuts let alone a mammal that is noisy and poops. Rather I would go on to say that parenting is ‘The most important job’ in the world so much so that one must require a degree or a licence to do it, but then most of us (specially me)wouldn't even pass the preliminary  screening  test. On the other hand some people really are naturally parenting, they are born to do it, so much so they parent their friends, siblings even spouses(true story).

i liked the way you resembled babies to monsters, but seriously.....everything in natures carries its own beautiful charm, even babies. Nobody ever finds parenting easy even our own parents. Anyways nice blog :-)
keep it up!
