It has been some time since I have found something worthy to blog about. And what just got my attention is the fact that there a lot of fat people roaming around in my vicinity.First of all let me clear out that what I may feel may be subjective but my observation and some of my assertions are based on cruel facts of life, which some of you may have to take like a bitter pill.
I received a text message from a friend few days back ,which had this PSA feel to it as it went to suggest that it is morally wrong for a person to look at other fat people and directly assume that s/he is lazy and indulged in gluttony, whereas they might have some medical condition that's makes em big.For some odd reason I just flipped off,for me it was one of those moments that I just had to speak up.
So for the world that I live in,at least 4 out a 10 people are fat and that's fact. Some of you may argue that what you call a fat person is very relative but I guess your physical appearance for the most part tells it like it is when you wear snug clothing. So you need not go into body mass index and etc.But lets not mix i up with being skinny. You just have to be proportionate to your height and natural bone width.
As for the excuses that some people are genetically fat and others fit, well I agree but as for my observation being born in family which is overweight may make you prone to being fat when you grow up but it doesn’t dictate your fate. For the past 6 months I have joined a gym and witnessed that even morbidly obese people can have one of those ‘two legs in one pant leg’ moments.4 out of 5 five times fat people just use such excuses that they cant seem to lose weight, well it maybe a bit harder of some but nothing is impossible only if you have conviction for it.If they eat more calories then they burn they are bound to get fat.if you don’t change your eating habit and largely your lifestyle. How would they?
Let it be a universal fact the fat people not only look less desirable to their prospective partners, employers and maybe even children BUT moreover there is a very small percentage of people demographically that finds fat acceptable let alone attractive . And fat people themselves develop self esteem issues arising from bad image of self etc. There may exist a niche of models, celebrities and real life people but all of their success stories as rare as dodo bird. FAT Advocates may use more flattering terms such as plus size, full figured or whatever but the harsh reality dictates fat is not fabulous. It never was and it never will be.
P.S:
Watch biggest loser if you think you cant lose weight
Watch Brazilian models to get some motivation to workout

I disagree. I am fat and I am fabulous. If anyone thinks that being skinny or lean or smart is the BEST thing on earth, then its not in my books. I am fat your whole post is so rude. You are using the same analogy people use to discriminate, stab or kill LGBT, Christians, Hindus etc
Haha, loved the post. And it's true, although I am fat, well not fat FAT, but fat enough to make excuses about the excess of weight.
As for the people who are genetically fat, it just means they should work equally hard to stay fit.
And its not just about attractiveness but also health wise excess of ANYTHING is not good!
Looks, don't matter. Its the person inside that means the most.
I personally don't care if a person is the right size.
Skinny may be smart; fashionable, but fat is cute. All fat people have that characteristic smile on their face, and that laughter, that we skinny people could only dream of.
Fabulous fat: Micheal Moore. Inzamam ul Haq. Adnan Sami Khan.
It's not just about looks. Normal healthy BMI or body mass index is 18 to 25. Anything above or below this is abnormal and unhealthy. Anyone can use an online calculator to know their individual BMI. The risk of type 2 diabetes, hypercholestremia, high blood pressure, arthritis and sleep apnea go up with obesity. Basically it takes years out of a persons life. We live less if we weigh more is a scientifically proven fact. Nothing personal. Peace!
